    Pierre Littbarski

PL does have a weird obsession with Matthew Bingley. Not sure why though>?? Bingers was really good when he was younger but now he is just not up to speed with the A-Legue. His touch is beginning to leave him. As for playing Carney a natural left foot player who likes to take on players on the...

    sister clubs - a league

It brought about the downfall of the Northern Spirit. The Rangers tried to have too much of a say in the club and the supporters left in droves. Dont forget Parramatta Eagles (Melita) are associated with Man United. As far as I know the Knights are the only team associated with a Club...

    The standard is getting worse

I am a Sydney FC Fan and I am part of the Sydney Fan Group known as The Cove. I agree that the standard of the A-League isnt up there with the likes of what Europe has to offer, but you have to remember that our league is only just beginning to take off. Give it a few years and the standard...

Who is the second best team in the world ?

I think the Netherlands. They have a great team instinct instilled in them. They play for each other but also have individuals who can pull of great things at any given times. But in saying that any top team can come together and win the World Cup

Cole or Teddy.....what do you think?

I have been hearing alot of this Alex Brosque rumour flowing as well as the Zdrillic going to the Jets rumour. Personally I would love to see Alex Brosque in Sydney Colors. I was a little bemused in the fact that Sydney didnt try to sign him or Nicky Carle up as soon as teams could start signing...

    Hiddink

Yeah in my opinion Hiddink is the best possible man we could have in charge and if anyone can pull it off getting us to the WC it is him. Having the second leg at home is a massive advantage for us. Hopefully our team plays as a team and not individuals. That I feel is the key for us, play a...

    Go Aussies !!

I think maybe the extra burden of Captaincy placed on Viduka has made him realise that he has to look out for the other players in the team and show them the way, Lead by example if you will. GO AUSSIES !!!!!!!!! P.S: Where is everybody watching the game? First leg is being shown at the...

    Everton v Chelsea

Yeah Everton have been out of form this year. It was great vision from Cahill to edge himself into the penalty box just as Wright-Phillips was tailing him. When Beattie put the penalty in the net it almost looked like he had missed the goal. How great a shot though was the Chelsea equaliser...

    WC Qualifier Tickets

Telstra Stadium you can just walk around anywhere that you want to. There is no fences or gates stopping you going wherever. I will be smack bang in the middle of the 3 supporter groups. Despite the fact my ticket is for the other side of the goals

    Dangerous Dwight Yorke

Yeah I was doubting his commitment when we first signed him. But he has proven that he loves playing for Sydney FC and his heart is in it. The perfect example of this was when he had returned from international duty and Sydney were playing Newcastle. Despite playing for his country and only just...

    Sydney FC Tonight

Yes I agree that the standard of the A-League has been terrible at times but other games it has been great to watch. Teams have proved that they can attack and score goals but it is the defending and stopping of goals that has let the standard down. Fyfe has been playing really good lately and I...

    Australia can host World Cup

For a tournament as big as the World Cup people will travel from all over the World to watch it, so a sellout or pretty close to it isnt that far fetched for every single game. As far as the stadiums, we would need a few bigger ones and expansions on some of the existing stadiums. Any money...

    Nick Carle

Without a doubt he is one of the best young players in this country. The sooner he is blooded into the national senior side the better for all parties.

Your thoughts on the new A League

GO SYDNEY. I was in The Cove with the Sydney FC Fans and the atmosphere was amazing. Easily a 30000 crowd as the numbers were 25350 wen they decided to open up the gates and let people in for free. The entire bottom level was packed out.

We MAY even qualify ... Hiddinck to coach Roos ?

Yeah I hope we do get him, but if it comes down to a bidding war, I think we may come up way short. Although he may see a challenge or possible glory in the position of Australian national team coach and take a pay cut to come. Just like Dwight Yorke did, he could of got a small fortune to...

    A-league v Rugby League

Honestly I doubt it will ever take the reign as number 1 here, however if this was 10 years ago and the super league was tearing it apart I would say then possibly. But this wont happen again. I think there is enough marketing opportunities out there for both and the crowds that go to watch NRL...
