    Bradford have the population, the history and grassroots infrastructure already in place and while Toulouse would be a tougher nut to crack I think the returns would be better and I think any money invested within the club would go a lot further.

    There was an amateur team from Manchester called Manchester Rangers that played out of the etihad campus who applied for semi-professional league 1 status but had their bid rejected by the RFL in favour of the Ottawa aces. in true RL fashion neither clubs exist today.
