Souths need to shuffle their team around as they cant win games and this is what i would do if I had that team

3.Taylor(goes well against the smaller players than being up the middle plus has speed)

well souths need to change Sutton back to lock and also MUST have Inglis at fullback as he really kicked butt when playing there before at the storm

Webster is not up to it, we already have enough error prone players and ffs Mudine will never be up to the top grade, people say Sutton is slow, well Mundine makes him look like Usain Bolt and is amazingly lazy in defense and we can't afford another crappy defender.

Also Mundine is injured for the season.

Taylor would get owned in defence as a centre (Inglis wasn't the only player Idris was brushing off at the weekend).

Doesn't Webster make Brett Hodgson look like the Incredible Hulk? With the size of wingers nowadays putting him on a wing doesn't seem a great idea.

Change the coach and management team.

Lang is too old school, hasn’t moved forward and doesn’t seem able to coach any “smarts” into the players. Jason Taylor had souths playing more exciting footy with much less bought talent. JT certainly had Sandow playing better.

The management team needs a whole new change with a fresh start so the players don’t see the same old heads they have been seeing for the last 10 years. They need a change to put a spring in their step with some new management/coach.

Roy Asatasi needs to let go of the captaincy so he can play more freely and more aggressively. Give it to Stewart or Burgess?

Get rid of Tallis as a forward coach, hasn't been able to coach the forwards to defend their own tryline in years or to play with some grunt. I have yet to see the awesome forward pack everyone keeps talking about!

Wesser is about the best we are gonna get under the salary cap as a fullback? I also think it’s a bit unfair to bag him as when teams/souths are playing as bad as they do it puts a lot of pressure on the fullback as we are playing a lot of crap footy in our own half leaving the fullback with not much freedom.

Talanoa has to go, give junior vai vai a go. Merit also needs to be put on notice as he is more worried about the way he looks and needs to put more grunt into his game and be less of a pretty boy/twinkle toes.

If a new coach can’t get Sutton to play better at 5/8 then put him into lock, man he’d be a good 5/8 if you could get him to play as his speed and size is a huge advantage. Sutton’s a bit of a softy unfortunately.

Our bench is also not strong enough and we have no real utility backs on the bench. If one or two forwards are injured or have to play rep footy then we’re stuffed, same goes for Inglis in the centre’s.

South’s are not strong all around the park, in trying to buy expensive players we have left ourselves short on the field and on the bench! We don’t have a team we have 4 good players 2 so so players and the rest just wait for them to do something.

And where are our juniors? South’s used to have awesome juniors coming up through the ranks in the old days, now I haven’t seen a good player come through in over 20 years.
