I feel bad for the raiders and Knights they've played 10x better then the eels this season and we are still sitting higher then them...

Storm thread is next door.

Panther fan since 1988 here. But I may comment on the Storm thread later because it was a good game ;-)

P.S. Trying to tell me I'm a storm fan is getting very old. I never have been. I'd like everyone to stop it, ok?

I can not understand how on earth people would pick parramatta, they were lucky last weak against a depleted storm team and yet people on here favoured parramatta.

And another funny thing is that people still think the eels can make the 8, (shaking head)

Parra were essentially at full strength. Panthers had a 1/6/7/9 where 3 of them are Under 20's players, and our halfback proves each week he should play anywhere but the #7 jersey.

Like i said last week after they beat the Storm, the Eels just aren't that good. I'm sure there'll be many Eels fans who are pissed off to hear that but the realistic and non deluded ones will agree with it.

They have a sh*tload of talent on their list but deliver so very little. I can't believe i backed them to finish higher than the Roosters this year. I'll be much poorer for it but i'll never make that mistake again.

But credit where it's due Penrith, good win.

How good is Wade Graham's passing?

Some of those bullets in the first half were magic.

munky as i said when graham was selected .He would improve with every game he is only 17 .But once he has a full year in first grade he will be outstanding.Notice how the young players have given pritchard a new lease of life .They follow him everywhere and he knows it

How good were the outside backs for your mob today? they received some good ball from your halves our backs were stranded all day...

y2eell our club decided to look to the future by picking these kids.We are starting to see the rewards.Maybe thats how parra should go

Wagon past his time
Galavoa last played well 3 years ago
cayless no impact made very little damage in his runs

pick the young guys you have nothing to lose.Put both keatings in the side.Hayne on the wing i will never understand one of your best players catching a cold out wide

Assuming Graham, Iosefa, Coote and Paulo are still eligible for the Under 20's... the Panthers side is going to be extremely difficult to beat.

Even with a large amount of injuries and players being promoted... our side is still managing to win games.

It's been apparent for a while we're not that good. Sure Parra tease us every now and again with a strong performance but this is what we are.

Oh and well played Penrith. A few more performances like that and you guys will be in the finals for sure. Unlike us.
Didn't think I'd be saying that after round 1.
Good luck on the rest of the season Panther fans.

Parramatta will be lucky to make the 8 and thats the last time i f**ken tip those clowns. They looked completely disinterested today, on that performance they aren't finals contenders. They rely on Mateo far to much..
