No why would we want a penalty with 30 seconds left for offside when we could have an advantage and not tie it up....

Well done New Zealand! Some pretty poor fifth tackle options but you did well considering the conditions and got them on the back foot around the ruck.

And did today show how much Melbourne need Slater or was it because they didn't get the dominance in the ruck they usually do? Cronk looked very, erm, robotic today and never had much going in attack.

Good tough game that one as they usually are when we play the Warriors. All credit to them they played the smarter wet weather footy and our ball security was average to say the least. I know they were atrocious conditions and you have to expect more mistakes but you still have to make adjustments for that accordingly. Not to mention our last play option was a very poor one as well.

Well played Warriors and a deserved win.

Dubious penalty won it for us.

I'm not being biased in saying this, but the Warriors really manned up today and deserved the win I guess.

Some momentum coming into the Warriors season but we must atone for that loss to the Rabbitohs next week.

Hopefully we are seeing a 2007-like second-half revival unfolding here.

Just on our last play options, why was there not once, a big spiralling Greg Inglis bomb, considering the Warriors full back in Hohaia is one of the most suspect defusers of bombs going around.

I know its late but what a tough call on the Warriors for the dissallowed try before halftime. It was just really slack marker defence I felt by Cameron Smith and Johnson even just lying there. All Henderson did was step to the right and dive over.
no p

Hoffa was blocked from making the tackle, it's a no try every day of the week.

For and against is still f**ked.

Which is why today's win is an absolute bonus.

Other teams need 28, Warriors probably need 30.
Bunnies away, Bronx home, Sharkies home, Drags away, Panthers home, Eels away

Not the best, but not the worst draw at all.

Hope springs eternal I hope.

Storm seemed very lazy and complacement today which is unusual for them.

You guys also didn't get Folau involved, apart from that last kicks of the game when he was once taken out.
