A win by Penrith here won't guarantee we do make the finals but I feel a loss will probably guarantee we don't make the finals IMO.

And to be honest I'm not feeling confident.

Panthers haven't beaten them since Elliott came here, and i can't see that changing. I felt more confident in beating Manly then these guys.

Raiders by 14.

Penrith are certainly showing a lot of promise but the Raiders game against the Broncos was impressive(despite the scoreline).

Raiders will take it I think.

i will wait to see the team first.Numbnuts elliott will pick the same side even with injuries .I doubt lewis ,pritchard will play.We need to move masada to half to partner graham they have worked together before
Penrith in a tight one by 6 i feel

Good as certain that if Lewis doesn't play the halves will be Graham and Blair.

Raiders deserve clear favouritism but i'll stick with our guys. I have faith in their ability to win games away from home except against the best sides and now the pressure is on for everyone I don't know how a side like Canberra will react with plenty to play for because they are young. They could blow us away like Manly did but if they can't get rid of us early then it could be tight and we might get away with it, i hope.

P.S. Just noticed that Lewis and Pritchard might not play, then it really is a case of 'hope against hope'.

very big game in the context of the top 8 and a massive game for the U20's, Canberra leap froged them into the minor premiership spot last week after a shock loss to manly from penrith, a raiders win in the U20's could just about seal the minor premiership given our run home

in FG, i think canberra at home should win, the game was much closer then the scoreline suggested against the broncos, penrith have been in fine form but they dont have a great record against us and we're home town specials, Should be enough to get us home in a close one but these games are typically the one's canberra drop.

We have lost our last 3 down there - and even with the last win in 2004, we were on our way to losing that one before a 4 try blitz in the last 15 minutes to get the chocolates.

If this game meant nothing I would tip our boys confidently but because we are in a good position to finish top 8 all the way up to 6th I am not so confident.

Should be a good game.

I think the Panthers may pull a win off here, especially with the return of Pritchard.

Penrith play better away from home than at home this year so that's why we have a chance. But with key players carrying injuries and Canberra's fine form down there, its not exactly shocking that only Brandy has tipped us in either of the weekly magazines. Both recommend Raiders 13+. How will the Raiders react, they are not used to people rating them. I hope they're not good playing as such warm favourites.

He has to step onto the field first.

The last 2 weeks he has been named and didn't play. f**king annoying since it left me wasting a spot in my Virtual NRL team both times.
