What a sh*t boring game of footy. Would have preferred to watch the warriors newcastle game on Channel 9.

South Sydneys attack is deadset woeful. They need some first grade standard 1/2s.

One of the most boring games I have sat through in a while, although the Souffs fans sitting near me made in entertaining off the field though.

whats the old saying, you only play as good as needed to beat your opponent

they may have their minds on next friday night I suspect

That was the worst game I've seen in a while.

Melbourne or Brisbane would have put 30 on Manly today.

Well you won't have to wait long:lol:. Good game from Manly, still only four tries for the season. I think the Warriors game that troubled us, you don't often beat a team by 50 then play the next one with urgency.

Manly's attack was pretty bland when LeStrange came on, looked much better with Ballin at hooker.

I like the combination though Downie, Stranger is like Dunley with a good passing game. Baliin has great service and gets the forwards going but Lestrange has a lot of spark.

Funniest moment i have ever seen at a rugby league match in my life...............Souffs going for 2 points a week after Manly put 52 on a team. I swear the whole crowd laughed when the ref pointed to the sticks. What a shocking crowd figure, it deadset looked like 19k was there the hill was packed. I nearly fell asleep in the second half until Stewart put his foot down. All in all i think Gould was spot on when he said Manly want to win without getting bruised, there minds are on next week.

I have never seen a team look as dis-interested as manly were today. Over cocky and half hearted. Next friday night could get a little ugly unless they switch on again!

They will be switched on next Friday, we wont win but our minds will be on the job unlike today.

True, but I'd prefer LeStrange to be kept until the last 20-25 minutes. He's a solid defender unlike Dunley so we don't need to worry about conceding extra points if we're up, and he can provide that extra spark if we're down and need the points.
