If every game was like this i would stop watching rugby league altogether.

Well then i feel sorry for you, because while it wasnt the best game in terms of skill etc. It embodied the games of old. Manly down to 13 for the last 20 mins and behind, time running out. Ref penalised them out of the game and despite it all, they showed what a good team they are. Thats rugby league, it aint individual brilliance, its digging in and having a go.

Man, what a bloody heroic victory. Pretty much half a man on the bench after Williamson got knocked out, on the wrong end of a 7-1 penalty count, some ordinary general play calls from the ref and the touchie and, to sum it all up, it was against Parra!

I thought LeStrange was brilliant tonight, give him the starting hooker spot to shove a rocket up Ballin's ass as he seems to have been a bit careless lately (been giving away a stupid penalty each game). Hope Menzies and Bani aren't out for long though.

You're no loss to the sport

You mean like the north Sydney bears?

It was boring. I'm all for a tough contest, but there's a difference between tough football and this rubbish.

Well done for hanging in Manly, it was a courageous effort without a doubt....but we gave you that match back, there's no question. You were gone and looked like you were just hanging in there hoping for us to f**k up....and we did.

Exactly right, that was a great game and I can't remember ever being more proud of a Manly win!! We deserved it, and even with everything against us we made sure we got it!! Great stuff!! It's a good night to be a Manly fan, I just hope the injury toll isn't to bad because it isn't looking good at the moment.

Good gutsy win Manly. Matai played well first game back, timing is a bit off though. Perry had a big game as well.

Best players for Parra were Chad Robinson and Shayne Hayne.

Special mention must go to Sterlo for his biased call of the game. Suck that down Sterlo.
