A good first half from the boys, I was most impressed with our goal line defense.
Scott Prince's great run of form is continuing and I was over the moon for Preston who scored his first of the season and first since round four in 2007. I beg Carty to move him to five-eight when Rogers is back. He ain't a fullback IMO. Rogers would excel there and having Presto closer to the action will see more of the same (in terms of his attack today) each week.
There would be many arguments for the game's most improved player today though Minichello would be in the debate. He has been a very good for us each and every week.
We should go on to win this game, if we don't, we have ourselves to blame.
p.s. Can someone get Mark Braybrook off the air - THE most annoying commentator on air today IMO.
looks heaps packed, maybe thats cause the seats are coloured blue, but no idea, but looks decent, apparantely heaps of warriors fans, when laffranci scored he clapped at them, they're gonna wanna get back at him
It's little wonder Pearce ain't a coach anymore - he called the Warriors performance their best away from home all year and they were comprehensively defeated :?
I think we were good, no where near as dominant as previous rounds, though still, we won a game that we should have won. We inch closer to being listed with Melbourne, Manly and Brisbane as a genuine contender for the title.
Prince in a quieter game was still amongst the best three players out there. I would have had Minichello and Laffranchi joining him.
Five wins in a row in the modern game is a feat in itself. I hope the boys get a chance to enjoy their success tonight and get stuck back in tomorrow in preparation for a tough road trip to Newcastle who should be down a few troops too - good news.
