I'll try not sound like a sore loser, but:

- the second try came from a blatant forward pass
- the fifth try came from a dubious penalty against Tate

Anyway, we didn't cave in at 30-12 and concede another 50.

We must beat Canberra, a road team as good an away side as we are, at home next week.

That, and then the bye, and perhaps after that Pricey returns (it's almost been 8 weeks!)

Oh, and credit to the Titans. They won't lose many (if any) at home this season.

On the road is where we will truly see if they are a contender or a pretender for season 2008. Good signs so far though, being outright first.

It's little wonder Pearce ain't a coach anymore - he called the Warriors performance their best away from home all year and they were comprehensively defeated :?

I haven't watched the game, but our others were woeful. Judging by the score line it probably is our best away game this season...

Thankfully you're a Warriors "fan"

I feel for the genuine fans on here that support your club.

he's sporting a lovely black eye I notice

Probably the best game I have seen him play in a warriors jumper.

Witty's now the NRL's leading pointscorer, that richly deserved Dally M award looks to be finally on it's way!

Why will Newcastle be down a few troops? Buderus is going to be rested but thats about it..

Kurt Gidley will be playing rep footy somewhere, Buderus as well. Simpson is still out.

There might be others, I don't know. Though you take those three out of any team and you are facing a lesser opponent. Good news for us.

So how does that make Gidley unavailable? Aust players are not exempt for their teams the week before so they will play.. Simpson will be back also.

Ok smarta$$ - I was a week ahead of myself. Thanks for pointing it out. Newcastle will be minus Buderus and I don't think Simpson is a certain starter from what I hear. Who knows.

Well, I will be hoping the Aussie selectors get it wrong and don't select Gidley then

 Thank you ;-)

No doubt, any match on the road for us is a tough match given our record away which is probably why I am looking for any little edge here

:( bugger disappointed, but we had some individuals who did well today. Witty-obviously and guys like Tate, and Hendo, Luck.

Not sure about the rest...
