lol@Turner

If he had any speed whatsoever the Storm would have still been in the game.

Great game to watch!

At halftime I would've said maybe we're witnessing a GF preview, but then the Storm sucked ass in the 2nd half, so I doubt they'll get there. Especially with Finch in the team.

Congrats Dragons, another strong victory. They attacked simple and smart, they defended very well and did everything right.

The Storm, well, they just crumbled IMO. Their goal line defence was decent, but their left side defence really killed them tonight. Their options in attack were very piss poor (Kicking on the 2nd, grubbering on the 4th into the feet, kicks out on the full) especially when attacking the line.

Great work yet again Saints, no doubt the best team this year.

Tonight really confirmed for me that Saints are definetely the real deal. I have no doubt they will play out the grand final. Who it's against is another story. I could see them up against either of the Bulldogs or Manly maybe Cowboys as a long shot. I don't rate the Storm or Titans at this point. Penrith, Newcastle and the others will just appear in the finals me thinks.

I think that after the one loss last week people are just completely discrediting the Bulldogs. Hopefully we can hit back this week and show why we are the second best team in the competition. One loss shouldn't cloud our entire year which has been brilliant and has included the defeats of Manly, Dragons (the video ref debacle, nothing else to be said.), Storm, Broncos, Cowboys and Titans. A 14 win/4 loss record is outstanding (this is taking into account a win for the Dragons match, which we all know it was.).

Manly are a myth. I hope that is proven this weekend. Yeah, they have been playing well lately, but IMO they will just falter. All of this "they are back, they will make the grand final" etc is way too premature.

Dragons will be in the grand final, I don't doubt that at all. Congrats Saints :)

I agree mate. Dogs just hit a speed bump imo, they have been equally good all year.

I said to the missus id rather win tonight and lose the next two than do the opposite. Simply because its such a massive psychological boost (to the fans as well :p). Great game, i was angry at the way the commentators were bagging Soward in the 1st half, but the 2nd half they are all praise...

Well the only person who counts is Jamie, dont listen to em champ!!!

f**k, that is pretty disgraceful from a Dragons supporter.

He dominated the contest.

Melbourne have still got a lot of improvement in them, and with one less man on the bench, they were always going to tire in the final 20.
The game was anyone's until Creagh proved that Turner is the perfect replacement for El-Mazri (as slow as all-f*ck) & Saints manned up in defence.

Melbourne are still a chance to find their way into a GF.

Melbourne still have Blair and Hoffman to come back into the team. I don't know how Proctor is going with that injury, but presume it's too late in the season to put him back into the side?

St George have Cooper, J Smith, Nightingale and Paea to come back into the squad.

Both teams still with a lot of improvement left in them, I think.
