the look said it all.... :)

he would be absolutely filthy with them though

you obviously have not seen a single other game from us this year then because every time they show bennet he has the same expression be it

dragons scoring a try
dragons having a try scored against them
dragons winning
dragons losing
you being dropped on your head again

he always has the same expression

Alot have written the Dogs off cause we havnt put teams away but the last 3 wks we have won ugly and played under pressure and kept our cool and came away with the victory, Dragons had been cruising and tonight were under pressure for the first time in a while and they cracked, where the hell was the milkman Soward???

I thought we beat Penrith at their home last week, didn't the score get to 12-6, and Penrith charging at us?
Thought we also beat Melbourne the week before after being down 12-4.

No, you make a quality point there.

I wouldn't normally do this, but I'm just so happy after that win that I feel I need to gloat a bit. I put a sneaky $50 on Raiders 1-12 and am absolutely over the moon now!

There is one thing I'm relatively good at doing, and that's predicting when we are about to upset someone. I couldn't be any more confident that we will win this game, feel free to make some easy money out of it and follow my advice. I know 13+ might seem like a stretch but it's very possible, but I'd lean closer towards Raiders by 8 or 10.

I dont intend for this to come across as a 'o our team is sooo g00d lolz' type post, but the margin of this game hasn't got much to do with the Dragons, if the Raiders play like they are capable of in certain home games we'll win comfortably. When we are at home and play our best footy we are unbeatable - the problem is it is so freaking unpredictable - fortunately a lot of signs point to this weekend being one of those weekends when the green machine are on song.

I could point out all the bad decisions, I could point out just how bad the Dragons fans at Bruce were at coping with a loss (f**king woeful by the way, never seen such a vocal bunch of sore losers - not all obviously but there were quite a few), I could gloat about how over-confident Dragons supporters were before the game in this thread... but this isn't the time.

That was a fantastic game of football. The atmosphere at the ground was semi-final like, and the Raiders were simply awesome. I absolutely loved the way the boys kept trying, no matter what the situation, and it paid dividends. Josh Miller is an absolute machine.. they don't call him the Cannonball for nothing. A well deserved man of the match. Campese, when he could keep his mouth shut, was in great touch, Tilse was a mountain of strength as always, and Croker, Dugan, Waddell, Vidot, Thompson... they all showed that, provided we keep them together, we've got something special building here.

To come from 12 points down against the competition leaders and win... that was extremely satisfying. I may be biased, but that's easily the best match I have seen all season.

Also a big congratulations to the horde of Dragons fans travelling down. The atmosphere wouldn't have been anywhere near what it was without all of you all.

I need to get me one of those premiership shirts with Bennett and the NRL trophy.:crazy:

The Eels and Dogs will tear the Dragons a new arsehole based on what I saw tonight from the Queens.
 the raiders would have beaten the dogs and the eels probably by a bigger margin the way raiders played last night , the dogs and eels defence isnt as strong as the dragons
The eels and dogs attack would have trouble getting through the dragons defence :)

Was last night raiders best game or close too, dissapointed but least the dragons didnt lose to a team what played poorly

Oh noes, the Dragons fans were vocal! How dare they cheer for their team! What a bunch of heartless losers, still cheering for their team after they've lost.

The Dragons fans had a right to be cocky and confident going into last night. You were still possibilities for the spoon before last night, they're four points clear. Their team had earned them that right.

Deadset, is it possible for you to not put that rubbish into EVERY post you make?

The Bulldogs beat the Raiders seven days prior actually, and once more earlier in the season IN Canberra. The Raiders didn't play all that differently last night to last week tbh.

Where did I say that was a problem? I said sore losers, in case you can't read.

By sore losers, I mean those Dragons fans who were yelling at celebrating Raiders fans to "look at the ladder you f**kwits" or "f**k off merkins, you're still a sh*t team who just got lucky" etc... do I have to draw you a picture? The vast majority weren't like that, but there were plenty who were.

And I was just saying how satisfying it was to beat a team whose supporters had been so cocky.

I said in my post that I would deliberately not focus on the negatives, because it was such a good game. True to form, you have come into this thread to do just that by choosing to ignore the rest of my post.

In summary, f**k up and f**k off Timmah.

And were it not for the video ref, the Bulldogs would not have beaten Canberra at all this season. But that's not for this thread, and I will not enter into any further discussion on the subject. This thread is for the Raiders vs Dragons, in case you hadn't noticed.

No you don't need to draw me a picture, I was there. How that's something you wish to focus on is beyond me. As long as nothing physical was started, suck it up and enjoy the win.

Oh, and I'm sure you've never been a sore loser :sarcasm:

You did deliberately focus on the negatives, you opened with them. Don't talk about the rubbish stuff and people won't take you on about it. The rest of your post is commendable but it holds no cred after your opening tirade.

Oh epic lolz. If not for the video ref we'd be outright first.

Facts are, we beat you twice. You beat the Dragons. We is the greatest :sarcasm:

not true, we were pretty poor last week and almost beat your mob.

we played our best game of the season to beat the dragons.

Your second half last week was amongst some of the best footy I've seen in a long while, I don't know how we kept you out.

I could use the typical old "Dragons excuses"- "it's the refs fault", "we had good players missing" etc, but I won't. We were just sh*t and the Raiders were too good. That's it. Their forward pack totally out muscled ours, and in the process Miller k'oed Weyman.
Anyway, this loss had to happen, better it happen now than in September. Well done to the Raiders- if only you guys played like that on a consistent basis- you'd be in the top 8 for certainty.
