i'm not watching this game, but wow, the NRL is f**ked. When neutral fans honestly entertain the idea that the competition is rigged out of disbelief that the refs can be so bad, you know there's trouble.

Agreed. Looked through the thread wondering who had won, and all I saw were Knights, Eels, Tigers, Panthers, Roosters and even Manly fans bagging the refereeing.

I have never left a game where my team has won feeling like we lost. Manly were disgraceful, I still can not believe we won that game. The Sharks deserved that one, being down to 12 for nearly 75% of the game they did well. The send off was terrible, I nearly fell of my chair when he marched him. The only way they can defend that decision is the fact Bailey did not return to the field.

Me too, I felt sorry for the Sharks at the end. Way more effort than us and they really deserved that.

Honestly, what a joke. If that is a send off offence, we'll see 2 or 3 players sent off every single game from here on in.

I agree with skeepey boy on this topic. Deadset, Robinson and Haines have gifted the Eagles to two competition points. Imagine if the Eagles win next week and the Storm lose in New Zealand - the pink geese would have gifted them a home semi. Absolutely disgusting game by both officials.

I finally agree with you on something, that send off was a shocker, and there were about 10 penalties were I was asking 'what the hell was that for?' against both sides.

Discraceful performance, and definetely mad the game turned into a penalty fest.

So I wonder how Newcastle got on in this hypothetical meeting. If the Knights win tomorrow, the last round is a complete non-event. If the Raiders win, there will be a semi final at Newcastle a week early.

Look for the Raiders to get a bit of assistance, just like Parramatta and Manly did.
