Been pretty much the story of the round. The second and third game last night were absolutely shocking.Woeful half of football overall. Reminds me of the raiders vs roosters game last week.
Watch out Karma, Newcastle's biggest hater rates the bloke :lol:Chris Sandow deadset looked like he'd given up at the end of that half. No urgency to get the game going after the penalty, and no urgency to get in position to guide the team around either.
Add to that how dirty he's playing and I'm honestly surprised that this is the same player who ripped the Roosters to shreds just two Sundays ago. Luke Capewell is an accident waiting to happen, and a few more well-placed bombs from Dureau - who looks a real talent - and I think we'll see that in the second half.
Souths forwards have no impact, it looks as though they've played this game in their minds before they got out there and believed it was going to be a walkover. Whilst Taylor will no doubt give them a ribbing at half time, I'm not sure they have it in them to come back, even from 8-0 down.
The Knights on the other hand, well more of the same should see them run away with this one by somewhere between 24-30 points, IMO.
Most notable statistic of the first half: Souths have already used 5 interchanges. On a hot day like today, that's just dumb coaching. They'll tire badly at the end of the second half, and that's when the majority of the Knights points will be scored.

Sandow has been shown up as a myth today but Luke is the real deal.
ffs , the kids only 20 years old.
plenty to learn yet.
Considering he was touted as the Dally M winner after Rd 1, I think calling that out as a myth is well justified
Who said he was going to be the Dally M winner, the press who got all excited after Round 1?
He has played less than 20 First Grade games, so lets see how he goes after a full season before writing him off.
Knights for the spoon.
