There have been occasions in 2009 where a team comes from nowhere after a poor performance to score something memorable. I wouldn't be surprised if it happened here.

Cant see the eels doing much, wont be surprise to see a dour game though the dragons wont need many points to win this game, their defense will win it,be like the titans and sharks games the dragons will only need the minimal attack to win

I had it before the Tigers game, and boy, at half-time saying 'well not much to worry about' I felt stupid.
But I got a good feeling about Parra in this one. The inconsistency of this year is overwhelming.

Saints by 18 but now that i've said that, watch the eels come out fired up.

I'm still cautious of this one. Dragons fans, lemme ask.
Would you be shocked if Parra won, or, God Forbid, it was within four or so points?

dragons will win this through defence. It is something that due to the hardwork that they have put in over the offseason wont be lost. I only just realised that Hayne had pushed to 6 last weekend and have no idea what the Eels are doing, surely you have a better option as Hayne is maybe the best finished on the team and from the previous years i cant see how he can make the move

New Look for Eels v Dragons

The Pirtek Parramatta Eels will take a whole new look into Friday night's round five clash with St. George-Illawarra at Parramatta Stadium, wearing a special one-off jersey bearing the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia (PCFA) logo on the chest.

Major sponsors Pirtek have given up their position on the front of the Blue & Gold jersey for the match in an attempt to raise awareness for PCFA and help fight the disease.

In addition to raising awareness for the fight against Prostate Cancer, the Eels will also be doing their bit to raise funds with each playing jersey to be signed and auctioned with all proceeds going to the PCFA.

Auction details will be confirmed in the week following the match.

Pirtek is also doing its bit to raise much needed funds, holding the Pirtek Fishing Challenge on Sunday April 19.

To be a part of the Pirtek Fishing Challenge, log on to www.pirtekfishingchallenge.com.au to register and help raise $100,000 for the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia. There is $100,000 in cash and prizes to be won throughout the challenge.

Difference being, you guys only beat spoon contenders the week before, and got flogged by Souths. You had no reason to be confident, you didn't even play well enough to put Canberra away, who played pathetically until the 70th minute or so, the scoreline didn't reflect the game.

Famous last words, but we've probably been the most consistent side in the comp thus far, having lost only one game in golden point.

Dragons by 13+ Soward will have a field day with Grothe on the wing.

Kris Keating at halfback? Good luck Eels.

The only thing going against the Dragons is that teams who face controversy usually put in a huge effort at the end of the week. If Dragons can hold off any Eels backlash early they should win by 12+
