Don't worry Storm fans Finch is on his way, world class 6 or 7 just ask Phil Gould. Been carrying Parra for the last 2 years. Before that he carried the Roosters and a bloke called Fittler. And even before that he carried an aging bloke called Laurie Daley.......

Good game from the Tigers. Corey Payne a good hit-out coming off the bench.

That was probably only the second or third good game Corey Payne has played for us. He is usually terrible.

Really, no-one had a poor game for the Tigers.

I thought Lawrence was our best, his attack was good, but his defence was absolutely outstanding.

Tell me about it... By the way, I was really impressed seeing Lawrence carve up the storm like that. DAMN!!!

sloppy game got even sloppier when the rain started. Melbourne spent most of the 2nd half on tigers line but f**ked up time after time. Wtf was Marshall thinking, up 10-6 with about 15 to go, from Tigers 40 putting a VERY short chip and chase on the 3rd tackle???? Neither team looked like they wanted to win in attack.

I'd say it was more to do with their obviously weak-sense of creativity in the opposition's 20.

Laurie Daley on the Hooker battle: "Split decision. Robbie Farah was good but Cameron Smith more than held his own given the Tigers forwards dominated. If you put Cameron Smith in tthhe Tigers' side he would have been one of the standout players."

Am I being biased (I know I am bias, just wondering in this instance) or is that a pretty rough appraisal? I can cop a split decision., but seriously, Smith had more than enough chances to exert his influence on the game. Farah played a pivotal role in our first two tries. Where was Smith all game?

There were times when our forwards were getting absolutely dominated in the second half!

Based on that, Ennis is on for origin.

mate the media picks the origin teams. for some reason they have a boner over ennis atm so he'll be picked.

smith never does anything to contribute to the storm winning the game. he is probably the most over rated player in the history of the nrl.

Poor game from the storm but there was no way that pass was forward. Joke of a call.

There was a blatant knock-on in the lead up to that play. As the Melbourne player hit the ground he lost the ball and sheepishly had to retrieve it from around his knees. It didn't surprise me that it wasn't spotted. No hometown Archer tonight.

the storm no try should have been allowed, i didnt even think it was lineball, went back for mine. i think it was a square up for the knock on and forward pass in the lead up play. the touchie probably noticed it but the ref took no notice of it.

in saying that the storm were their own worst enemy. they had enough chances and field position to win by 40 if they were switched on. lucky for us they werent.

I felt we got the lions share of some really unlucky calls actually. Nothing that I'd call blatantly wrong and I''m not criticising the refs. It just seemed that quite a few times Melbourne got 6 again calls that weren't really warranted. Bryce Gibbs whacking a storm player's arm, a kick the was put directly into a Tigers' player's feet in the second half, Moltzen caught in goal. Not to mention Farah catching markers off side for no call a handful of times, but that happens every week.

Tiger Nick, pretty harsh about the Storm putting 40 on us if they switched on. You're a half empty kind of bloke I see?

Congratulations to the Tigers. I had a gut feeling they would win at LO.
Can anyone tell me why it always rains in Sydney, and can we in Melb. get some of it please.:)

And only Won a grand final by default and lost the other 2 not a good record for the team he had,
And was shown up in the state of origin

Like i said Bellamy overrated

Hagan has a better record then Bellamy, If you going to say that bellamy took the storm to 3 grand finals , did hagan ever lose a grand final with the team he had
