u guys should be stoked with your win, you have been playing some awesome footy.

when i said we played like crap i didnt mean the knights only won coz of that. we just were ill disciplined and that cost us big time.

we really missed Weyman. our pack didn't look half as strong without him.

Congrats newwie, the better team on the night. I cant see us playing much worse than we did tonight. No real biggie in the grand scheme. TBH I'd prefer to lose tonight than next week.

wtf? did u miss the post where i listed all the things the DRAGONS did wrong? and then praised the Knights for playing a great game?

we didn't lose because of the ref ignoring the around the neck business. we lost coz we played like crap.

that doesnt change the fact there was alot of dirty stuff going on that was ignored.

Did you boo the ref and Knights when the dirty stuff was happening ???...or don't they boo in Sydney ??.;-)

That was a good quality game. The only weakness I see in Newcastle is Ben Rogers' inability to understand the game of football. The guy has some spectacular skills, but he just doesn't have the brain to execute a gameplan well. Why any player worth his salt, when his club is leading by 6, in the 78th minute, goes for a diamond or rough cut play with a chip to no one is beyond me. The great thing for Newcastle is they can easily replace that with a Dureau/Mullen combination. They also have Uate and Vuna out injured who are also very good players.

Top quality game, and great to see big Dell's celebrations after scoring. Watching the antics of Sailor in a game like that is worth the price of admission alone. I'm glad the guy came back to rugby league.

That's it. I'm going out on a limb and saying Saints by 30. I just hope someone's not standing there sawing the limb off! :D

They didn't just saw off the limb, they cut down the whole bloody tree! :D

Congrats to the Knights, defended wonderfully, like us over the preceding 5 weeks. They thoroughly deserved to win that game.

that wasn't fa'aoso's first great game this year pete. it was about his 3rd or 4th. he's been immense for us off the bench.

Fa'aoso and De Gois were both great. Plenty of metres up the middle catrching our markers asleep. Great sneaky try by De Gois. I'm honestly wondering why Cronulla let him go.

oh dear kia ora, give it up.

my main prob with melbourne crowds was booing when a player is down or injured.

the dragons crowd were def booing tonight but not when a player was lying prone on the ground.

What is it with Dragons fans being protected species when it comes to booing players? When they get caught out for doing it they always trot out that old chestnut "oh we stopped when we realised that he needed neck brace on him".

Soward looks like a top bloke to play with. Gave Hunt a massive spray at full time, deserved no doubt, I hope Hunt gave him a serve back over his lackluster kicking game. He's a passenger and it is the class of Hornby the carries hm.

Dude...don't get involved...it is a one sided debate as far as this issue goes.

It is only Storm fans who boo when players are injured.
