I guess firstly I have to give a HUGE thumbs up to the Newcastle crowd. Some people give you guys a pasting for being feral/parochial or whatever you want to call it, but the respect shown to Darren Lockyer when he ran out for his 300th was something very, very special. I've NEVER seen anything like it, and I have to unfortunately say that there's no way the same respect would have been afforded to the likes of Buderus and Joey from a Brisbane crowd. It gave me goosebumps for sure. Amazing sportsmanship from the Knights players and fans alike.

To continue the back slapping...you guys were pretty good at Suncorp in R26 last year when Buderus missed the final 2 weeks with that bicep tear. They put a farewell message up before Bennett did his lap around the park and it got quite a lot of cheers, I was impressed

Oh and if we keep playing the way we have for the past month (last 20 mins against the Tigers excluded) I have feeling we'll be very much on people's radars very soon lol
