I'm tipping the Warriors because the Dragons players will have forgotten how to do things like catch the ball and run in the right direction after last weeks holiday in the sun at the SFS.
That should have given it away. But the statement was incorrect, I thought the Roosters put up a strong fight, their goal line defense was great, we just grinded them to a halt and ran away with it. Their attack has some serious issues however.

To be honest, I don't think the Warriors have been all that impressive, they've let teams get substantial leads over them, then come back in the dieing stages to get to golden point. The addition of McKinnon will help greatly though, however if they let the dragons get 8 or 10 ahead, game over, our defense will be ensure we win the game. They can't afford to play the way they have the last 2 weeks against us.

Glad that the Warriors have a bye next week, there's going to be some sore bodies after this one. If Soward can make it to the second half his kicking game could be the difference with the wind at the Dragons backs.

Warriors were lucky the 4 or so errors in their own half didn't lead to points. They need to control the ball, get out of their half and either kick to the corners or spread it wide and hope to catch out a re-shuffled Dragons backline.

Warriors looking the better side at halftime.

Dragons had their chances early, we held on...just. Going for a penalty shot at goal was like releasing a pressure valve for us, we were really under the pump.

Warriors showing that they have enough on attack in the Dragons' 20 to be dangerous...e.g. the 'forward' pass to Vatuvei

Dragons walking wounded slightly and the halftime break will do wonders for them.

Jones kicks the FG this week and not in golden point...

Anyway, only 5 points up. Still anyone's game.

The offside pressure from Creagh didn't help.
The ref's blew the pea out of the whistle all day and went silent in the most important play of the day

Disappointing second half and another loss.

Warriors fought very well with the Dragons in a venue that we haven't fared well in, but the Dragons were banged up and at times looked to be on the ropes. To not get the win is very frustrating.

Second half was horrible. We defended well, slid well but let a soft try in to Morris. Some silly errors today also. We defend bravely and then we give up a soft error that gives the Dragons easy field position.

Refs don't have the balls to call things in the last minute. Even if Creagh was off-side for the Jones field-goal, the game should have been done when Ropati scores his 2nd.

I'm not pushing the panic button just yet but the NRL is a tough competition and we can't expect to put on a huge second-half to the season that we are accustomed to. This is why it is important for us to come back a better side after the bye next week.

Goal-kicking has cost us in a few matches already. Ah Van not faring much better. If only Witt was a winger, he'd have a place in the team.

Ups to the Dragons.

The warriors did one thing no other side has done this year, was to lead the dragons at halftime
