Which of the remaining six sides does put up bombs?

And unless I'm seriously mistaken, tonights game was 4 tries apiece, three apiece through the hands and one from kicks.

The Panthers were rather flat in attack, but it was a finals match, and they showed great character after losing two key forwards to get into a position where they had a winning chance at the finish against a Canberra side who could not have played much better than they did.

f**k you're an arrogant tosser.

Geez why all the hate for Penrith all of the sudden? Some of you need to get a life.

Congrats to the Raiders, they were the better side and deserved their victory. Having said that, to those complaining that the refs favoured the Panthers, obviously you weren't at the game. The Raiders were in front of the ref all f**ken game long, he gave them 8m and us 12m, then penalises us for mucking around at the play the ball, unbelievable.

Despite being terrible disappointed, I think it took plenty of heart to come back like that after losing Pritchard after 12mins and Waterhouse later on, essentially finishing the game with 15.

Jennings was terrible, as was Purtell, Walsh offered nothing, maybe the injection of some youthful exuberance next week (Coote and Graham) along with the return of Petero can lift this side.

Again, well done Canberra, they are fun to watch, that Robinson try was a thing of beauty watching Dugan sweep around the scrum at the last minute, great stuff...

Great result for rugby league...a team that tries to score tries by running the ball won.

Go the Raiders, hope the Panthers lose in straight sets.

PISS off. You're not in the finals this year for once so just let the other teams play while you go on holiday

f**k are you serious dude?

Pot meet kettle, FFS

Bottom line is we lost by a missed conversion with 2 of our best players out for a large portion of the game, nothing but fact in that mate...

I've said all year long that I'm happy that we've made the finals after a year long drought. Still its a bitter pill to swallow to make the finals and then they dish up that rubbish tonight. No more 2nd chances! changes need to be made. Purtell out, Walsh out, someone give Jennings a heart. Lucky that Petero's back.

Yeah, Civo is a no brainer selection like Tongue for the Raiders, I don't care how their form is you want them playing.

I would like to say that I am a raiders fan, have been since I was 10 ('89 GF side won me over) and I have endured some lean years. I am by no means arrogant, but I am excited by the best Raiders side that I have seen in a few years. Very happy to play finals footy, it makes for a shorter off season. :D

Semi finals are different to club games. Winning is winning and although the Raiders killed off their chance to really really blow the game apart in the second half with a few errors the result is all that matters.

the bottom line is penrith were only in the game because russell smith allowed them to be.

the raiders showed great spirit and determination to win it

:) Great that you enjoy your footy!!! I agree about the short off season thing, being a Parra fan at least this year we have signings to look forward to hehe.

The Raiders full deserved there victory and the scoreline flattered the Panthers. To there credit they did well to hang in there, particularly losing such influential players as Pritchard and Waterhouse. In the end thou there are no excuses.

Also getting sick of Canberra and their fans. Some bad behaviour by their fans at the game. Go the Tigers (if dragons win) next week. Raiders are a good young side but their fans are poor sports.
Were you one of the dudes in the eastern stands getting deafened by the bloke with the plastic trumpet?

Jeez s0n. When you start doing that, it ends up being a long ride. Congratulations on your win tonight. Not sure how happy you're hosting the Tigers?

Are you referring to the obstruction and forward pass calls that were all correct calls?
