We did what we had to do to win. Stuck to a gameplan and won by the biggest margin of the week and at the same time keeping the opposition to zero.

If it was illegal and they saw it, they should have penalised it instead of letting the set play out and for the dragons to score until even raising the issue. Watmough is probably wrong for giving him a gobful but to sin bin him is pretty big after giving him a talking to for a play not immediately preceding and not even penalised as well as his frustration after conceding a try.

It's pretty obvious that they win on their defence - that's what they pride themselves on. That's the point, they keep their opposition scoreless... and I'm confident they can do that even with a Tigers or Raiders team that throw the ball around..

Before everyone starts having a go, "it was a depleted Manly side" - Why would they bust their balls with stylish play when they are granted the win through kicking for goal, and guaranteed the possession back?? They now had an easy win, and 2 weeks off to prepare for a final against - a) A tigers team that had just played 100 minutes week 1 and will be at it pretty hard again next week, and b) a Raiders team who will at it tough next week. It's not a matter of "they have nothing" - they didn't really need to bust their balls too hard.

I'm with the next person, I love entertaining footy - BUT i also want to see Dragons win a premiership, I don't care how they do it - and you would say the same for the team you support.

We beat them in 2007. And I'd much prefer to play the raiders over the tigers. This year we were down on men in both games, and lost both in a 5-10 minute period. Tigers are a much bigger threat IMO.
