Refereeing was sub par but I think the right call was made with Elford. Just saying because I was pretty much standing right in front of it. That gifted 100 metres was ridiculous though, I said the same thing to my Doggies supporting mate at the time.
It doesn't matter anyway. With that scoreline and that penalty count its clear that we played better and harder than the Dogs, even if it was a bit scrappy at times. We were missing most of our regular team leadership in Civoneceiva and Lewis after all.
