FFS would these commentators please stop blowing sh*t up Barba's ass! The bloke hasn't done sh*t, he's a glorified impact player.

patchy performance but any comfortable win with stars out I'm happy enough with. Still alot of areas to improve on, particuarly in creating more tries through the hands.

 Soward is better than that bloke! Seriously what has he done to deserve all the raps???? Soward was the best 5/8 in the comp last season.

So Soward didn't deserve the raps he got a couple of years ago?

Get over it, he's a good player who will get better with time. I think he did well given the circumstances.

He's not a starting half just yet, though it would've helped if Ennis was there to guide him a bit

He deserved his more than Barba! f**k Soward always had played 80 mins, this bloke prob just played his 1st 80min game and his played a bit of 1st grade now. The media is gonna f**k his career (prob is good cause he's a c#nterbury player :) ) he just doesn't deserve all the talk.

Good solid win by the Panthers. Felt a bit hard done by a few times with the referee ruling a bullsh*t line dropout against us at one point, and failing to award one to us at another. The penalty count was also ridiculous..there's no way that the Doggies only deserved to be penalised once in that 80 minutes.

Against us, maybe. Won't win you games against other teams.

 Is this the first Penrith game you've watched this year. It's all we f**king do yet it wins us games. We are rubbish mostly, but we benefit from bombs.

a solid win by the boys.Still a fair way to go for me the pleasing thing is the young juniors .Grant Mckendry Coote stepping up.The dogs where down a bot more than us in key positions but as elliott said after the match its a win we will take it

 complaining about a 15 point victory

Were you at the game? Lounge room critic?

The Panthers dominated and never got out of second gear. The result was never in doubt despite the penalty count in your favour.

The Bulldogs tried really hard and that is to there credit. They were far from disgraced but the better side won on the night.

Happy with the win. Don't care how scrappy we are or how much we win by, as long as we keep getting the 2 points.

You could say our tries are lucky, but the fact is it isn't luck since we've been doing it the whole season and training for it the whole off season. Unless you believe we've been lucky every game this year.

We definitely need to stop relying on kicks so much though. We were dominated on the line breaks by the 'Dogs, who just didn't manage to finish the tries off (Morris' drop ball, etc).

Also agree with what mxlegend said... home crowd advantage and we still only manage 1 penalty in 80 minutes? Really?

Based on that the Dogs must have put in the most disciplined performance in the NRL in YEARS!

Surprising but who cares in the end. A win is a win.

I don't think 'Dogs fans should be too disappointed, they were missing key players and didn't play too badly.
They will still make the finals IMO.

Bunnies next week is going to be tough.
