No comparison... 41-6 absolute thrashing v's 16-13 Houdini escape

I wasn't trying to make a comparison. I was asking you a question which you dodged.

Fortunately for you, neither were the refs... and our key playmaker Issac Luke was missing. He's our Cameron Smith and we know how the Storm went in the 08 GF without him.

lol @ blaming the refs.

Hey Nem, quick question. Why do you go offline straight away after you post, then come online post again and go off again?

Bolded phrase below = comparitive question = comparison.

Just like last time eh?

Would this be the same "spare parts team" that you keep making excuses for when they lose?

lol @ blaming the refs.
Some of the penalties were very sus and the count favoured the dragons.... e.g the ridiculous one against Burgess for not getting off the tackled player fast enough in a dominant tackle...ffs.
Lang very rarely has a go at refs, but he did after that game. The litany of ref blunders and their impact on the result of games this season are well documented on LU every week.

 Have you totally lost the plot? Re-read your posts ffs... but by all means, keep advertising your IQ score with that big red roman numeral on your chest, if you wish.

You aren't very smart mate.
We had players out and lost. That wasn't the reason we lost, unlike you finding every excuse possible.
Pointing out to a small minded person like you, that you weren't or aren't the only club who has had some injuries.
Newcastle, Canberra, Tigers all come to mind as clubs who have had a greater injury toll for a lot longer than Souths have this season.

Living on past "glories" how very souffs of you.

So much pity only one souff sydney
I know this will come as a complete surprise to you, but every completed game IS in the past. At least we have a past... All St Gillawarra have done is lobby for choking to become an olympic sport.

Whoops maybe you've been in a coma for 11 years, your team ceases to exist

So it's fair to say Canberra are bigger chokers then?
According to you, the Dragons have only been in existence for 11 years.
How many Grand Finals have Canberra won or played in during that time?

The years are starting to rack up for Canberra now, 16 years since a Grand Final appearance.

Oh the irony....."No comparison".

You are comparing 2009 to 2010.

oh but Issac, we didn't have Issac.
Seriously, you are a bit of a nuffy.

This thread would have to be the biggest example of success breeding contempt. Souths have gone from being the most successful Australian RL club of all time to the joke of the league... with a massive inferiority complex. Little brother syndrome at it's peak.

You're totally clueless dude. I did not say that injuries were the only reason we lost games, but to dismiss them as having no bearing on a teams fortunes because all teams suffer from them during a season, is simply idiotic.

The first comments people always make about their team's chances in any given season are always qualified by the statement "barring major injuries". Long term injuries to our "spine" i.e playmakers John Sutton and Issac Luke have undeniably cost us games. Not to mention our forward pack's multitude of injuries.

I wonder how well the Tigers would have performed if they had Farah and Marshall out for extended periods, or Dragons without Soward and Boyd? Next time think before typing, pea brain

John Sutton has been out for what, 3 weeks?
Souths season was screwed when you had next to no injuries and didn't position themselves better. Simple as that.

Anyway, good luck to you tomorrow. Hope it's a good game for both sets of fans.
