What is the coaches job though? To give the team a good structure and plan so they know what to do in certain situations.

They look lost as f**k with no real idea what to do.

And also coaches job is to motivate, Elliot doesn't seem to be able to get his team to perform good on a week to week basis.

Thank God that's over, very average game. Storm looked good with their tries but not much else. Panthers had no idea what they were doing and made it worse with their butterfingers.
