tigpie fans do seem abit overly confident. They beat an eels team that didn't turn up, were killed by the roosters and beat manly that left at half-time.

WT are just a team that can't defend, have a nuffy coach, and have two amazing attacking players. Canberra can't score to save themselves though so WT should win. Everyone will be laughing at them though if they don't.

I don't think that's true this year. In round one we conceded the least amount of line breaks and had the least missed tackles. In round three, we were second only to Melbourne in these statistics. Round two we were awful, but I tend to think it was an abberation as a consequence of a brutal match against Manly and the heat in which the match was played.

Our defense has definitely improved from last year - when our defense was actually 6th best.

I feel very, very confident about this match. Having said that, anything can happen in this comp.

If the Raiders play to potential we'll win by 10-14 considering it's at home. I'm expecting us to come out and dominate early, but we probably wont play the full 80 so it'll end up being closer than it should be (i.e. every f*cking home game we play)

The same Canberra team who showed nothing against Penrith whatsoever, barely beat the Broncos, a lead contender for the spoon at the almight feared Canberra (If anything the Broncos dominated in the 2nd half but through their ineptness in Canberra's territory couldn't score) and got absolutely dominated by the Titans.

Regardless of where it is, Canberra just isn't a good team at all whether it be on paper or on the park. If you guys win, it'll be through our poor play rather than your own good. It's the Tigers game to win and the Tigers game to lose.

Really depends which Raiders team shows up. The one that beat Melbourne, St George, Brisbane and the Titans here last year, or the mob with dropsy who look like they only met for the first time in the carpark outside the stadium.
