Well both times we beat the Dragons last year was on the back of them losing to someone else, so that looks encouraging at least.

However, I think we would be lucky to even score a point. We just don't have the players and the Dragons defense is too good. Our best chance of winning is probably a late field goal for 1-0 win. So really our only chance is to put in a good defensive effort (like we did last year).

All that said.. Dragons by 26.

I think we'll start well and jump out to a 2 or 3 try lead. We'll then go to sleep for 50 minutes and then score another 2 or 3 tries and win by about 20.

Agree with this, Dragons will get a good start, slow off the pace and finish it off in the second half, im predicting a 18-6 HT and 30-6 final score to the dragons.

This could be very ugly, but I am hoping for a committed 80 min effort by the boys. I just can't realistically see that we have the team to beat the Dragons. The only way is if we can keep it tight, if we are close towards the end we might be able to pull something out. On our recent form it maybe over by half time.

With a bit more experience in the backline I'd tip Broncos easily but after seeing the team.

I don't think it'll be a blowout, the Broncos are a proud club and the Dragons have more defence based game play so perhaps a 30-12 scoreline.

Closer game than most people will expect. As Shorty said, Broncs are a proud team and will give it their all.
