10 Reasons why Frenzy thinks Felix’s a Shit Footballer

Our leading try scorer.
Record holder for number of metres run by a shark in a match (completed this year).
The only player with a chance in hell to break the all time sharks try scoring record (165 tries ET).
Grand final winner.
Equal record holder for number of tries in a season for the club.
Incumbent Australian Test player.
Forced his way into the greatest origin team, and arguably the greatest rugby league team of all time.
Is likely to break ETs try scoring record for the Roos.
AGE 22.

Yeah, tell me again why he sucks. He’s f**ken 22. Even our greatest players in ET and Sludge never achieved so much so young.

Beautiful line break only to have soggy f**k it up by f**king around instead of getting up and playing the ball.

Reef the coifed would probably swap him for the Ross dog

He was shit for 1 game.

Back in his rightful position, he has improved out of sight since.

In my opinion, if he continues to play like last week, he’s earning his $...against Newcastle or whoever.

He reminds me of junior Sludge (Matt). Sublime brilliance at times.

Was devastated when Rogers decided to defect....hope we don’t let him go to the Cowboys as we will lose a massive strike weapon.

Cowboys will throw the bank at him so it will cost us a bomb to retain him...although some might suggest he needs his current contract cut in half. Doh!

1 Nobody doubts Holmes ability as a winger.
2. ET & Rat, Out grew winger position by age 22 & were fully cemented in positions creating trys.
3. Rat changed codes & became one of the best players , for the country , in both codes.
4. Et Stayed at the Sharks, forgoing HUGE AMOUNTS being thrown at him.
5. Holmes threatens to LEAVE the Sharks, every 2 seconds he gets criticised, despite being the teams highest paid player.
6. ET Debuted at 17
7. Rat Debuted a few weeks after his 19th Birthday
8. Rat holds the point scoring records for Cronulla. Australian Rugby league & Australian Rugby Union.
9. By Age 21, ET was playing back to back seasons between Cronulla & the UK, in order to stay at the Sharks.
10. The representative records of Rat & Et will never come under threat by Holmes. The competion is already chasing him as his development stalls & even this year was in competion from 31 year old darius boyd & the human clutz, Corey Oates.
11. Good wingers are handy. Not essential. To have one as your highest paid player, is detrimental to the club.
12. Its not Holmes fault how much he gets paid, good on him
13. It is his fault, to not meet payment expectations , every game, which he rarely, if ever, does.

I'll throw this one up for bean counters , local junior lovers.
it is going to cost us A LOT OF MONEY, to keep Bronson Xerri. Untried at NRL level. Bronson can play any position , literally. Big enough for front row, talented enough for half back, fast enough for wing.
If we have a choice of who we keep this round of contracts & we need to pay overs to keep him, but we have to let holmes go & replace Holmes with Katoa, what do you do?

Funnily enough the rats tryscoring average was a tick under 61%

Holmes try scoring average is a tick under 61%

Anyway

Ramien gone
Leutele gone
Gallen retiring
Lewis retiring

So I'm sure they can afford xerri even if we paid overs for Dugan.

Where has Holmes threatened to leave the club? Honest question. I've heard him interviewed and he flatly refutes this.

lewis is going to go on for another 1 + 1 by the sounds of it. Halway through the year & no word from Gal, so he will be here next year too.
Holmes has threatened, via his manager(under his control) so many times that even Flanno had to come out again this year & state "we wont be letting him go anywhere" after reports emerged again.
he stated, through his manager(again under his control) that he would leave if he didnt get the fullback jersey(which was given to him at the start of this year).
If you want to have a big mouth manager coming in at every team selection meeting & asking "what are you doing for my client" & then have that info leaked & published for your own benefit, then cop the deserved flak that comes with it.
