Penrith are a total mess at the moment. All these injuries are not helping, but their attack is pedestrian at best. The Roosters like Gus has said are there to be opened up, but Penrith must find a way soon, because the horse will bolt.

Hindsight now, but I'm surprised the Roosters didn't take a 14-0 lead at least.

No Pritchard, Grant, Waterhouse before the game.

No Jennings, Lewis, Cooper already in the first half.

When 6 of your top 17 are not there...it hurts.

We look like we don't even know who is on the field at the moment.

We only really have Coote and Gordon left that can do anything good. All other gamebreakers are gone.

This game has been hilarious, I feel sorry for the players with some actual class getting caught up in this comedy. From our perspective we just have hang in there and hope some things happen for us, and try and learn to defend out wide in the next 5 minutes.

Your summation is spot on.

Our combinations are all shot to pieces. It was starting to look bad when Jennings was limping around but after Lewis went it all fell to pieces because he is our Plan B. Nobody knows who is supposed to be where, and the errors are mounting up.

I'm negative tonight...but its frustration more than anything.

I'm deadset proud of them. To come from being wooden spoon favourites...to come 2nd.

If we didn't have 14 men last week...and already 14 men only tonight...could have been a different story.

But that's footy...you win some...you lose some. Injuries happen. Just unfortunately luck has it all our injuries have come the last two weeks.
