That is pretty much what Gallen does for the Sharks everyweek, nice to see him doing it at this level. Had my doubts about him at prop but looking at it we don't have a prop that can play big minutes so that proved to be a master stroke.

Gallen, best individual performance from a forward in SOO that I've seen, and I'm one of his biggest critics.

Soward was pretty average most of the game but did well for the final try.

Pearce played very well all game too.

Who cares who plays for which team cause NSW won :)

Well done to NSW, this was a must win game and Gallen played like a lion.
See you at game 3;)

Gallen has just redefined what optimum front row performance needs to be.
80 minutes, 30 odd hit ups, similar tackle numbers.

Other props doing lesser numbers & playing fewer minutes: Gallen is the new benchmark.

On players I weren't impressed with were Ennis (too ill-disciplined) and Merrin (just not good enough)

without hyperbole, that game from gallen would have to go down as one of, if not the best 80 minutes by a single player in SOO history
amazing

It's the best for mine. Absolute freak. If Matt Scott was brilliant in game 1 then what was Gallen tonight. An all time great performance. 80 mins. f**king incredible.

Me thinks blues are celebrating a little too much too early. That will just rile the maroons up even more.

Let's see how courageous the like of tennis and co. be in amongst suncorp.

They just beat QLD with two recognised props - one that doesn't even start for his club. Bring on game 3.
