Just on Perenara, with what he has shown in first grade so far, he's on course to become the worst first grade referee of all time. My God he is shit.

We already know there's a big problem with the refereeing system, but fast-tracking people to first grade without them going through the learning curve that the rest of the referees have to experience is asking for trouble.
