I know it's a cliche but it really is fun watching the Tigers play when they turn it on, much more enjoyable than watching the grind of teams like Melbourne and St George

Dont have an issue withs of cherry evans mistakes at all. We forget hes a kid. I hope he learns from it.
Yeh absolute brain explosion from lyon. Back down to earth for us.. Melbourne and Dragons still way infront of us..

Ill give credit to the tigers though. Even when we get beat by them i enjoy watching them play. They would of put 30 points on a lot of lesser teams in that second half.

Woudlnt want to play them in the next few weeks.

Tigers came home strong again in the second half for the win. The refs may have made some 50 50 calls for the Tigers but that is going to happen in every game this season. I may be biased but I think the Tigers deserved the victory tonight but both on that form both teams will be there when the whips are cracking in September

I love being a tigers fan at the moment but there is nothing worse as a tiger fan when we are leading by 2 with ten to go because you know we will either defend our red zone for ten minutes or score a couple of tries

Great game. Very entertaining.

Tim Moltzen is a shit fullback though. Didn't seem him make one decent kick return (ie. get over 1/5 pace), just going to ground or offloading it to Ryan or Utai, often in bad positions.

Sh*t, I almost forgot, we beat Easts last week too. 2 silvertails in 6 days! God is a westie.

Well he hasn't lifted a finger in 2000 years, knocked up another bloke's missus and demands people drink on sunday mornings so that'd be about right

great game!!!

i thought manly lost a lot of impact as soon as rose went off

proud of the tigers, we usually get lapped in games where the other team brings on the physical stuff. ellis was awesome, best player on the field by a mile. the difference in attitude when he plays is amazing

I also thought Moltzen was poor as a fullback, lost ground by waiting for someone to run off his passes rather than just taking the ball back himself. He was ok defensively, tackling anyway, although he doesnt seem to have that desire to get to the ball first that you need as a fullback.

moltzen is the softest merkin in the game. he NEVER runs the ball back, NEVER contests bombs or grubbers and NEVER puts his body on the line in defence or attack.

and saints fans before you start on about his knee recon he did this shit before he was injured aswell.

he is a complete cat and there is no way any team will do anything in this comp with him at fullback.

Biggestf**kwitpearce is right, Foran is definately a hooker... and George Rose is a fullback... Jamie Lyon a prop... And Steve Matai should coach
Steve Matai is the hardest man in the game - who isn't impressed by how he plays every week with an obviously dislocated shoulder.

Lol at all the Manly boohoo over a forward pass try yet it's quite fine for them to push markers in the face to make space for the dummy half to score.

Why Manly would take a home game away from their fortress is madness, okay the dollars are needed, but the tigers would not have come home strong at Brookie.

Anyway, good game of football, the better team won and the loss for Manly will do more good than harm.

Just a really enjoyable game

Ellis & Galloway were immense and Lui seemed to slot into the system in the second half and was not isolated because of that.

I think the leg injury to DCE really hampered Manly. It nullified his running game and weakened the umbrella defence implemented.

Moltzen is gutless rubbish at the back. We went one point from a Gf with Brown at fullback and should be there now
