Does anyone know what Matai's record is like? He'd surely have to get a grade 5 tripping for his effort, which yields 475 points, so I'd be interested to know what that would mean with all his carry over points and previous offences.

some poetic justic just on half time. Dogs did NOT deserve to be behind at half time and Manly rightfully deserved to be behind, with only the spastic refs stopping that from happening.

yep ok, it seems you are the one going against what all the neutrals in this thread are saying.

You won't like to admit it, but your team are just grubs and dirty.
Neutrals? Everyone is anti manly...the way we like it. Beer time...see you in the 2nd half cheers:cool:

Wait. Hodkinson palmed one player off and then got the ball raked by a 2nd. Doesn't that still count as 2 in the tackle? I didn;t think it mattered if a player fell off the tackle

It depends. If it starts as two and one drops off, it's still two in the tackle. If everyone drops off, the next player in is the first as it's now a new tackle.

He got 8 weeks didn't he at the end of last year/start of this year.

Think he might have had another small charge earlier this year also (not certain though), so even the smallest charge is going to have some loading and/or carry over points surely.

I'm not anti-Manly, well I wasn't until I was watching the game.
I don't hate Manly as much as I hate the Dogs, but your side (today in particular) have been filthy.

Why quote this one mate, I was responding to somebody asking about his charges previously.

And it wasn't nothing, just about everyone barring Manly fans think he has a massive case to answer.

What exactly was he intending to do then?
If you watched he lead in with his arms, it was more of a case that Stagg tripped over his feet when he went into to make the tackle. But of course since it is Matai no one will see it any other way.
