If you watched he lead in with his arms, it was more of a case that Stagg tripped over his feet when he went into to make the tackle. But of course since it is Matai no one will see it any other way.

I didn't know Stag had 3 feet, with one of them being black and attached to Matai's leg :sarcasm:

He lunged with the leg, made hard contact, and Stagg hit the deck. Matai was channeling Kevin Muscat FFS

They just showed another couple of replays. Matai sticks his arms out to block the pass as Stagg dummied to Idris and then hangs a leg out. Definitely looked intentional cause he certainly wasn't attempting a tackle with where his arms were.

Not intentional?

Catai couldn't reach him with his arms, how could his leg get close enough to trip him unless he stuck it out intentionally?

Got to give the Dogs credit.... their season is on the line and they're giving it all they've got. Anyone's game at the moment.

What does him being a Dragons fan have to do with Matai being a grub?

I highly anticipate your witty reply.

refs picking up where they left off in the first half....

Arm carrying the ball touched the ground with Idris clearly holding onto his leg. Should have been a line drop out ot the dogs but instead ends up a penalty to the eagles.

If I had a tinfoil hat I'd think the NRL might trying to piggyback Manly into the minor premiership perhaps to avoid the embarrassment of havnig to award it to the storm
