They need to bring in someone else, like Brett Morris.
Yeah, he's always been safe as houses in a blue shirt

You had to know this was gonna be bumped!
Far better than your mate Uate. Just calling it like I see it. He was the sole reason for QLD's two tries and wasn't defending well at all. His reading seems to be so poor which is his biggest problem. That and not being able to catch a bomb.Yeah, he's always been safe as houses in a blue shirt
Geez betting on MOTM is dangerous.
It's so subjective and could quite easily be influenced...especially becuase it's probably up to f**king freddy the deadshit to decide it.
No. Pretty sure it was ruled to be a kick.I think they ruled it was pulled out by Thurston.

Gould must be one of the most annoying commentators of all time & that includes Daryl Halligan (or whoever that 9 bloke who used to shout "Huuuge" all the time was.) I ended up hitting the mute button every time I heard Gould's voice for fear he was going to blow another load over "origin moments".
Great game - the Blues won with their defence, certainly not their attack. Pearce's kicking was ordinary and rarely put the Toads under pressure - they were lucky that Slater had a gimpy leg tonight. The Blues halves need to do much better organising in the next game.
On the Hayne "kick", there was a play a few weeks ago where the commentators said it has been confirmed that if a player drops it accidentally on to their boot, it is still a knock on. I can't quote it because I don't remember it well, but I thought that was the current interpretation of dropping it accidentally on to the boot? (stupid rule, trying to "interpret" intentions, but just because it is stupid doesn't mean it isn't in the NRL). Can anyone confirm or deny this?
Because they defended the shit out of them.QLD lost through their errors. Way too many for an Origin game. I don't see how the Blues think they're any hope of beating QLD in a decider at Suncorp though.
