Keating isn't a starting hooker, Burt isn't a fullback, Roberts isn't anything, and Hindy is a pedestrian these days

You're judging our season's attack on one game without Hayne?
You had Hayne last year. You had the same problems last year.

He is only human and he is only one player. And no Sandow isn't enough help.

Not having the players come through to replace Hindmarsh and Burt yet says all that needs to be said. There isn't enough talent in this squad to score points.

I'm not biased because I praised your attitude in defense (I'm not the type to routinely hand out praise to opposition teams). There are things to like in this team.

Good attitude. Solid defense. Excitement in Hayne and Sandow. But not enough for a top 8 candidate.

Parramatta won't do shit unless they get rid of Kearney. An absolute nuffy of a coach. Good luck being Melbourne with players like Hayne, Sandow and Roberts. I haven't seen the Souths Sandow tonight.

Brisbane get the errors out of their game, and some dry football, and they'll be dangerous.

Apparently not enough time for that to happen before the finals though.

Tough luck Parra... Had the lead but tapered of the intensity of the defence and squandered chances. :(

A solid clinical performance by Broncos.
A bit patchy but a wet round 1, that is understandable.

Broncos have some terrific individual players but they won't challenge the top sides with that spine.

The Eels will improve with Hayne in the side but wow they were bad in that second half. I can't make my mind up over Sandow, he really is an enigma. For every good play he does, he follows up with 2 incredibly dumb ones.

Seriously, STFU troll.
Notice how P.E. replied to my post? He didn't agree but he was able to respond without resorting to hysterical namecalling.

I've been very fair, I've criticised the Eels, pointed out how what I said before the game matched up with what was happening. I also praised elements of the team.

If you can't handle that, I suggest you don't spend your time in a footy forum. Because the criticism gets a lot more imbalanced, unfair and out of proportion than that.

You saw him. Take it from someone that watches Souths week in and week out. That is Sandow. Brilliant at times. A dud at times. Usually within the same game. He scored a try, converted well. Looked dangerous for a period. Then he killed play after play. He is not good in a structured attack against a team that is defending cohesively. He's more likely to score or set up a try from 40m out than 10m out.

Also after getting a closer look, he along with Thaiday looked a few kg's overweight.
