Well done to the roosters... The best players on the park were in red and green.... but so were the worst. The roosters won it on a good team performance. When I saw the way they celebrated after the first try I felt like they wanted it more. I guess they did.

Painful goes without saying. We should have won. If we defended like we did for the first 38 minutes of that half we'd have won. But there were pleasing signs. Other than the last 2 minutes, our defense was much much much more of an improvement from last season.

Sam Burgess is the best forward in the world.

Reynolds was solid for a kid on debut, he will improve from here.
