I can take away some positives from that game.
all I got from reading these comments is that "Millier was a Legend" is a dead set bogan he sat here through the hole match having a winge about how boring this game was and that it felt like it went for 3 hours. Don't u have anything better to do with your life than watch a boring game of football I feel sorry for you.why didn't you just change the channel.
Also howhigh is also a tool he was banging on about how he had bunniesman on ignore but than replied to 10 of bunniesman post after that and just made a ass outta himself.
It's gonna be a eels vs souths gf you can bank on it
Our halfback has played the first 40 minutes of his career and he hasn't been too bad. He'll only improve from here.
If we have good luck with our key players in terms of injuries, which we haven't the last 2 years, we will go deep into September.
Harsh judging a team on 40 minutes, the first 40 of a year, especially if they aren't losing after those 40 minutes.
2007 dude, 2007.
Sit on your arm for half an hour. Give yourself a handjob. Close your eyes and it feels like someone else is doing it.
File that under "things BunniesMan devoted his teenage years to discovering".
Standard Roosters refereeing performance really.
I predict we win our first penalty count of the year some time in 2014.
Just want to say thank you again guys. I don't think we would have won wiithout the two of you putting the mock on Souths.Moffo says Souths. BM says Souths. Check and mate. We got this.
Agree with most of that. What a great game to attend! It was a great atmosphere. Both Rabbitohs and Roosters fans were passionate though there was mutual respect out there. I loved every minute of it albeit I missed the U20s fixture.
It has all been said re: the game I'd imagine. Unbelievable finish capped off by one the greatest Roosters of them all in Minichiello. What a finish! Brian Smith is kidding himself if he was "confident" we were still in this game. For 75 minutes we were pedestrian at best against a South Sydney side who flat out impressed me. I left happy though uncertain about the 2012 campaign for the Roosters. I believe Souths fans were the exact opposite. That Souths Sydney will be a troublesome team for all with all their players on the field.
Inglis looks every bit the Storm version. Burgess is back in the form that saw him heaped with praise in 2010. Reynolds is a composed young halfback who has a presence about him out there on the field. He was continually barking instructions to his side, he carried himself like a veteran halfback. Merritt is due back as well. Sutton looks as fit as I've seen him as well. If they are blessed with minimal injuries, Souths have a side capable of the top eight.
As for my Roosters, the jury is out. We were infuriating at times. We played dumb, on occasion soft (e.g. the Sutton try). Mortimer I thought was a passenger when at the game though after watching the replay, he did ok all things considered.
This game should have raised alarm bells for Smith.
That was a pretty bad grapple by Crocker on JWH when he scored, should get a week or two for that.
All class... valiant in defeat... The Pride of the League
