Pretty good game I reckon, only a handful of errors and some good strong defence from both teams.

They just didn't have the attack to trouble us, got over the line a few times but couldn't make it count.

That Cowboys 'No Try' was a bad one, but it doesn't take away from the amount of poor calls that went against the Knights.

That stuff doesn't happen to the Storm or Manly...

great game great players

all in all an enjoyable game. newcastle were brave without alot of troops

wayne bennet under pressure now is he as good as people say or has he just had good brisbane sides.

Yes because the Premiership with the Dragons means absolutely nothing.

neutral fans ?

yeah, real neutral in here

we sucked so terribly in the 2nd half. not particularly sure what it was but it wasn't any where near good enough.

also, the touchies and/or the ref are absolutely blind as far as forward passes go. missed a bunch from both sides, and the ones that were called were probably called by the two refs and not the touchies I bet. what do they do again?

video-ref-nrl-hall-of-shame-600x400.jpg

Round 10: The NRL released a statement acknowledging video referee Steve Clark (left) made a mistake in denying a try to the Bulldogs, resulting in their 20-18 loss to the Dragons. Fans at the game were clearly angered, throwing projectiles onto the field as players such as Bulldog Luke Patten (right) tried to calm them down.

Whats new?

Really? I'd say it more than squares it up, half of your points came from a forward pass and we were just plainly robbed of a try for no reason. Bitch all you want about little things that went both ways, we should have won that game by 12 more points.

Ps. Forgot to even mention Boyd not being sin binned for the most obvious professional fowl of all time...

Lol, yeah... You sure got screwed by the refs tonight.....

No Cowboys try scored off a set of six leading from a clear forward pass, no (almost) certain Knights try called back for an unseen forward pass either.

Nope.

Watch Knights games every weekend and then come back and tell us Newcastle get a fair rub of the 50/50 calls...

Have a look at every game day thread in here, every set of losing fans claims they were dudded by the ref, and don't get the 50/50s.

The Cowboys haven't legitimately one a game all year if you go by the opinion of posters on LU.

.

If you're talking about the pass from Bowen, despite what the fox commentators were saying it wasnt a forward pass.

Bowen passed it and it glanced off Chris Housten's shoulder which made it go forward. Was actually a good call.

Good win by the boys but I'm not convinced.
Newcastle are struggling, so it was a game expected to be won.
Still it's good to get back to back wins.

Your dummy half was lucky to have thrown a backwards pass all night................ just sayin'.
