Yeah I know and I really feel sorry for you guys tbh. I think once this crop of older Warriors retire/move on, and all these U20 stars come up, you guys will really hurt the comp. There is just something that is sticking with the experienced campaigners there, its like they dont want to win.

The old guys aren't the problem, it's a poorly balanced and inexperienced side.

Today's side had 4 guys who only made their debut this season (Henry, Hurrell, Sam, Ikahihifo) and throw Omar into the mix.

On top of that we've got several guys with less than or just over a couple of seasons experience (Johnson, Tupou, Taylor, Sione, Fish)

Our experienced guys have spent most of the year or a fair chunk of it on the sideline (Luck, Rapira, Lillyman, Ropati, Friend)

Even guys like Brown/Maloney were late bloomers and while they're older they're not that much more experienced than the youngsters.

Poorly balanced side with far too many kids forced to be senior first graders before they really should be.

And a coach who makes Elmer Fudd look like a Mensa candidate.

Bringing Hurrell back on was a terrible decision that cost the Warriors dearly. Manly went after him and reaped the rewards time and time again. He couldn't run to save his life and changing direction wasn't happening.

We suck in attack without Brett Stewart. It was awesome to win but I hope he's fit and firing if we make the finals because we desperately need him.

Suck it up Warriors! It always helps to have a good halfback. Glad we do!
Yeah, Shaun Johnson is a terrible player to have at halfback

Really? If anything the issues at present are with a completely inexperienced backline and missing alot of the senior players.

Being dominant in 20's doesnt translate to instant success when you have to face the big boys.

This game at the end was won on coaching decisions, bringing Hurrel back on and Buhrer coming into dummy half completely changed the game.
