I know alot of people on here bag players for staying down... But unless you're the player who is down how would anyone else know just how much a high tackle would hurt? I've seen massive head shots where players get up straight away and I've seen the slightest touches where players stay down. Really all depends on the force, speed and where you cop it I guess...

That being the case, why don't we demand any player unab,e to get to his feet after claiming a high shot must leave the field (free interchange of course).

They then need to wait a few mins and get a concussion test before being allowed back on (again with a free interchange).

We'll see how many players stay down when they aren't actually hurt then, plus any player who genuinely can't regain their feet from a tackle are likely to need to go off anyway

Automatic 2 week suspension for any player who lays down and the tackle is not worthy of a charge from the review that'll sort the soft c**ks out
