Love that convo between Gus and Rabs.

After Reynolds gave Lafai a kiss after a try.
Gus: Thats how you farewell me after the game.
Rabs : Yeah, but not always on the lips.

Who was the idiot who charged out of the line for no reason? It's the last minute of the half you f**kwit.

I argued this earlier in the week. Kearney is not the supercoach f**kwits like Rothfield made him out to be, but the Eels having one win after 8 (and probably 9) games is not his fault.

He doesn't have much talent in his squad. And the talent he does have lacks intelligence.

Meanwhile, Sandow to get a run after the game is decided.

Hindmarsh goes off - 3 tries scored. Go figure..............

Game is going how we expect. We can't play for 80 minutes and stupid mistakes from Poore and others just keep happening too regularly.

But the coach isn't the problem...........

As soon as Poore and Allgood came onto the field we fell apart....... That and Sandows replacement lets in 2 tries....

Perfect example of the standard referee bias towards the team that they expect to win.

They believe the Bulldogs are way better than parra, so they don't knock on or make high tackles, and are expected to dominate the ruck so laying in the play the ball is a ok.

Meanwhile they think the eels are shit, so therefore if they get the advantage in a tackle it must be a penalty, be it lying in the ruck, holding down, or make non-existent high tackles.

Anyone arguing the referees are playing a part in this game can't be watching it. Eels have been diabolical without the ball.

I don't think you have been watching the same game as me. I do believe that Parra is winning the penalty count at this point Just they weren't able to do anything with it.

Helps that the Dogs have only missed 3 tackles.

Yep. I'm glad a Parra fan has said this.

Canterbury haven't been amazing, but they're playing a structured game with some good line breaks from Josh and Ben from good forward work. Eels need Hindy for leadership and Sandow to prove his worth, now or never. Better roll the dice, Parra.
