13000 tickets were available. Greenberg and board specifically designed the day to cater for families and ticketed members. They came up with the number so that all attending fans would be assured of a fabulous time at Belmore and would leave the ground having a positive football experience. Hence keeping the numbers down to comfortably suit the ground, the amenities and the catering.

Are they still parking on the soccer fields behind the hill?
Should be fun with all the recent rain.

Took my son and his mate about 4 years ago to watch a Magpies Dogs PL game....moreso for them to experience that ground...I always enjoyed belmore as a kid...great grandstand still today

NSW CUP TRIAL: BALMAIN 8- WENTWORTHVILLE 8

Wests Tigers

11/02/2012 5:49:45 PM

Balmain Ryde Eastwood Tigers drew 8-all with Wentworthville Magpies in a NSW Cup trial at Bluetongue Stadium this afternoon.
The NSW Cup trial match was reduced to 30 minutes after a significant delay following an earlier thunderstorm.
Balmain Ryde Eastwood Tigers opened the scoring in the 11th minute through left centre Tim Simona after some smart run around play by five-eighth Dane Chisholm for a 4-0 lead.
Wentworthville drew level 4 minutes later through a try out wide to full-back Jake Mullaney.
The Tigers went to an 8-4 lead when former rugby winger John Grant stepped inside and past his opponent to score in the 27th minute. It was a fine reward for Grant who made a break down the right flank to link up with Chisholm on the previous play.
Wentworthville drew level through winger Jerome MacKenzie two minutes later after Tigers full-back Linc Port flew high to take a bomb only to spill the ball into
an opposition player.

I don't mind that. Good thinking

I'm interested in your take on that there.

It was a direct copy & paste... and in what way are they struggling with the alphabet?

In what way? It was clearly an attempt to list the team in alphabetical order but was a massive fail.

If you can't see that, may I suggest a good remedial literacy program?

Sounds like both teams have started reasonably full-strength in the Storm v Raiders game.
