lol tore anyone else a new one? What a you smoking?

Rooster defence was great sure, but that was one of the mot inept attacking performances ive ever seen in the finals, any of the other 7 teams with that possession and field position wouldve score at least 2 tries.

Give Manly some credit it was only the last 20 when they started getting desperate that it looked ordinary

What a gritty, gritty contest.

That defence was remarkable and a prime example as to why they'll win the premiership. Unless the opposition finds a way to capitalise on the penalty count.

Great match to watch.

Perhaps take the two anytime in the roosters half and back your own defence to hold them out. Manly would have won 8-4 if they took some easy penalty shots tonight.

Amazing game, gotta hand it to the Roosters. Manly really missed Stewarts class on the set movements to cause overlaps.

Lol @ everyone who said Storm and Sea Eagles would love Rabbitohs and Roosters bashing each other the week before finals. Not to mention the comments after the game about how there was nothing worrying about either team. Well done Roosters top effort

That game just shows why you cant have defensive idiots in your outside backs and expect to win a competition...Warriors please pay attention!

Gratz to both teams, a real pleasure to watch.

The Roosters defence is amazing but jeez, surely they can't afford to just not attack like that.

The criticism of Manly's attack is fair enough but the Roosters were even worse. No go forward at all and no intent to do anything other than hit it up and go nowhere.

Hopefully with JWH back they will go back to playing on both sides of the ball. No-one will stop them if they actually attack a bit to go with that defence.

Lol Moanly, what will be the excuses this time?

Shocking attack, 80 minutes of sideline to sideline passing. Nothing direct, nothing that looked remotely dangerous. They didn't even try putting in an attacking kick, not even on the 80th minute?

Well done Roosters

Glen Stewart.

Dopey bald merkin thinks he's a 5/8 and stuffs up every single attacking chance they have.

No doubt, they had great go forward, found good metres down the edges, defended brilliantly themsevles. But that attack in the 20 was absolutely atrocious, they had so many opportunities and looked dangerous only a handful of times.

Swallow some Rat-sack you pathetic idiot.

haha I've been insulted by Skeepe, an essential experience for anyone's time on LU

Come on Bunnies in the finals- save the league from these two 'bring back the bore' clubs with their café latte sipping supporters.

Hope Sharkies put Moanly out of their misery next week. 0 points with all that pill, f**k off Moanly, nothing without B Stewart. Let's Go Lewie and Flash!

I think Hiku is a fair enough pick. Absolutely no Roosters player really stood out, they all struggled on attack and it's really tough to single anyone out due to defence.

I reckon the Roosters player that stuck his hand out when Stewart had Lyon over the line deserves the man of the match.
