The Roosters won this fair and square under the rules as they are currently applied, BUT in the off season the NRL brains trust needs to look at the tactics the Roosters employ, that is giving penalties away in order to get their defence set. They did this all game. Perhaps the sin bin should be used for repeated infringements intended to disrupt the flow of attack close to your own line.
