I don't have a private jet either but that's why i'm flying up to the game on Virgin and i sure as shit live further away than ANZ than you do.

Good on you for flying in for the game.

We flew down for the semi, and despite getting smashed to pieces on the field, it was a fun thing to do.
Storm fans where great too.

In terms of the match, we will have to obviously play our best, but at home, I think playing you will be more important for us than the other way around.

Us by 2.

We always try and get to at least 2-3 interstate games during the regular season and while this one wasn't initially one we pencilled in we rearranged it given the start both teams have had. Should be an absolute cracker and can't wait to get up there for it.

As mentioned in another thread i'm not going into this game with a heap of confidence. Even though we're undefeated i still don't think we've been near our best and will need a fair bit of improvement this week to win up there. I'll say us by 4 in the hope we do improve.

As for the semi last year it was a great atmosphere and there were plenty of Rabbits fans who we were sitting near. Us Storm fans aren't anywhere near as bad as what some will have you believe around here ;-) I think it's great when opposition fans travel interstate and the more that come along the better i reckon. As much as i hate the Stains they always bring a decent following down here which only adds to the atmosphere.

After the semi, we obviously looked glum, dragging our feet out of the ground.

An older Storm couple walking next to us said, "don't worry boys, honestly that was the best we have played this year, so you should not be too upset". Very nice of them to say that, even though they where clearly trying to cheer us up.:)

Lastly, that was the first time I had been to the ground, and it shits on anything we have up here by a long, long way.

Lol, a joke I assume? Good one. The only reason tiges or dragons should ever be televised at all is because they're playing someone like souths or melbourne and people want to see their heroes in full flight not bridled by pesky quality opposition. I'd be quite content skimming over a tigers/dragons result in the back of a free newspaper next to club field hockey results.
