He went past the horizontal.

Too good for us, Raiders. I know that's not saying much these days, but I always enjoy the Raiders style of football and I hope to see them do well.

Now cue 4 pages of complaints about the officials.

Good effort to win against 15 men.

The forwards went forward, the backs did their thing, and Campo was superb.

The refs.... an absolute f**king disgrace. An absolute abomination. Words cannot describe how f**king bad they were. f**k me they were bad. Shockingly biased, alarmingly wrong, just a f**king disgraceful performance. Something needs to be done because they are f**king shit.

It's embarrassing when the refs. obviously starting favouring you and you still get 30 put on you.

Too good Raiders. As I've been saying for years, really hope you guys reach your potential because if you do the game is going to be way better off. So many exciting prospects coming through.

It's been a long time since ive been this pissed off after a win.
We were clearly the better side. We should have and would have won by 20+ had the f**kwits in pink actually refereed both sides in the second half. Total hatchet job in the 2nd half. Absolutely disgusting.

On the plus side, fantastic game from the Raiders. Switched off defensively at the back end of both halves which was disappointing but otherwise great stuff. Didnt let the dicks in pink frustrate them into dropping the heads.

That stoppage in play for Hoffman was a curious one.

He's down injured directly in front of the ref, 2 metres from the ptb....but Broncos are attacking so its OK

Raiders recover, get on a roll over two or three tackles and get to half way and THEN they stop play????

He aint a doctor OR a refs arsehole

The Broncos trainer put his hand up to signal that it was a serious injury. Under the rules, they had to stop play.

The Broncos trainer is 100% at fault. He flagrantly abused a rule put in place for player safety and should be thrown out of the game for it.

I cant recall if the trainer was there when the ball was played just beside him, i doubt it - wouldve been too quick, but an injured player that close to the action the ref shouldve halted play for his safety

What youre saying though makes sense when i think back to the refs comments after Campo I guess questioned him

Was a total f**k up all round costing C'bra

I backed Canberra -20.5 and was confident at half time, then the cheating refs intervened.

They are the biggest blight on the game and when you see shit like that tonight, it diminishes my love for the game. There needs to be more accountability for these blatant "mistakes".

The double movement try was comical. Disgraceful stuff.

Happy with the win but that second half was an absolute stitch-up. 6 - 1 penalty count to the Broncos wtf.

We should have pumped them and we really need the F/A.

Hoffman gets up, plays the ball and is then pushed back to the ground. He starts to crawl away from the try line as the next play the ball ensues. You can see the trainer (wearing red) run in at this point. Another trainer (wearing blue) stands at the back of play.

Play continues, Broncos kick across field, Raiders gather the ball and tackled 10 out from their own line. Papalii run is brought down just short of the 40. Jack Wighton then takes the ball up to the 50 and is brought down for the third tackle.

At this point you can clearly see the trainer in blue, who stayed with the defensive line the entire time, go up to the referee marking the ten and point downfield at the injured player. The referee then stops play, seemingly at the request of the trainer in blue.

I was keeping an eye on Hoffman at the game and the trainer with him did not signal to the referee that there was a serious injury.

Furthermore, and you couldn't see this on Fox Sports, but there were actually two Broncos down in back play. I can't remember who the other guy was but he had leg cramps and couldn't get back onside.
