How f**king hard is it for refs to ref what happens in a game .
No pre conceived ideas of what will happen or how bad some players record is.

No evening up of penalty counts .

Don't call players offside ,don't scream out get off get off .

Just blow the whistle when there is an infringement.Players will soon learn to get onside & get off the tackled player.
