They didn't necessarily say the refs won them the game alone (bar 1), but there was a few Raiders fans that said the refs were against them when the Tigers were copping it just as bad.

CTown is two hours by bus from Canberra. The weather in Canberra is better than in Sydney tonight for a change and they still play like that.

Two hours.

By bus.

How can they be so good at home and so woeful two hours away? Kids in teh country drive twice that for a game on weekends and go better.

Well in all seriousness that was a pretty embarrassing loss for the Raiders all things considering. And unfortunately this season I know embarrassing losses when I see them.

I would have preferred the tip but I'll take skeeperage as a consolation prize.

It was against our bogey side, away from home and a game we were expected to win.

The raiders are a stupid side. Furner had to make them sleep in hotel rooms for home games last year because the side obviously would spend all night playing x box instead of sleeping. Did you see some of the arrogant boneheaded plays. What about Robinson kicking on the first earlier in the game, mccrone who can't kick for shit putting in an absolute turd of a kick for no real reason that led to the tigers scoring.

With the tigers working hard and refusing to lose the raiders playing like someone replaced their brains with peanuts was going to cost the game. I wish I'd put money on the tigers

So you WERE in fact talking out your arse.
Thanks for playing.

The refs are just shit. Its like a lotto. How can they make an error like the one before the milford try. Its hard to say they favour anyone. The raiders got the worst call their way but you can predict the square ups like clockwork. Sometimes I actually don't like getting the penalties in the first half because its so predictable

Look at the speed of that back pedal!!
You wont be caught offside tonight son, getting back the 10 with alarming speed.

Anywho, i have no intention of turning this into a knights-raiders slanging match

Congrats against Tigers, too good tonight. Raiders are in a world of hurt against Souths next week

Most people know the refs are too incompetent to genuinely be corrupt.

Look at the speed of that back pedal!!

I think you misread his first post...

I'm beginning to think it's not that the Raiders are so much better at home, but more that opposition teams just have trouble down there. It's probably a combination of both. The Raiders playing better and the opposition playing poorly.

Simple case of desire and grit overcoming a side that wanted to win by being stars individually.

I like the attitude Potter is slowly instilling and this group of young forwards coming through

I would be happy to lose every game except those against Canberra. Skeepe makes it all so worthwhile. :)

+1

Just a shame Marika is injured so as not to increase Skeepe's Tiger butthurt to epic proportions.

Still crying 12 months on because his fail club f**ked up their medical report. LMAO

Tigers deserved their win against a lazy, dumb performance from the Raiders. Our first poor performance since round 8 though, so here's hoping for a bit of bounce back against the Bunnies.

Lucky they have 6 home games left. The unlucky part of that fact is that they will have to play Melb, Manly, Bulldogs and Sharks in Canberra. Sharks will have plenty of motivation to win that game after last years poor performance in the semi. Not only that but if they can't beat the Tigers away then they have little chance of beating any team away. They still have Rabbits, Dragons, Roosters and Warriors away from home.
