washed up 30+ year old former knight in need of a contract. Wayne is on the phone to clint as soon as he gets into the sheds

Maaaaaaaaaaaaan why didn't Daley choose Carney as the pre-selection for Origin instead of Pearce. What the hell man. The injustice of it all.

Ben Pomeroy was a certainty to score today. Panthers are great at ending try scoring droughts. The second they mentioned him being int he longest of his career, I knew it was only a matter of time before he scored. Similar to Akuila Uate last week.

Panthers were very disappointing today. The second the Sharks had a little lead on them, they turned to absolute shit and never recovered. A run of penalties made it easier for the Sharks to get momentum. But good teams can absorb that and wait for momentum to swing around. Any team who wants to be inside the top 8 should be able to anyway. Panthers just went from bad to worse though.

Even the desperate footy at the end was pretty average from Penrith. Sharks defence had it covered quiet easily and the only way to split them was kicks.

Worst thing is we literally cant do anything to change it - the team is concrete until 2014 bar injuries and resulting exemptions.

The year is catching up with them.

Bye Bye 8.

The lineup is quite ordinary, no real surprise they can't maintain the earlier form. Titans are similar, can't match it when the big guns step up.

we won well in the end but i wouldn't call it the greatest performance from us.

the pennies put a bit more effort in, get a bit of luck(refs?!) and it would've been a lot closer.

We have practically a reserve grade side out there today and it showed mostly in the attack close to the sharks line. I knew we were going to up against it and we tried as best as we could. Congrats to the Sharks, the football they played today was truly entertaining. Hope at least they get into the eight instead of a few of the other imposters going around.
